We cannot yet offer you such things as formidable wages, personal auto or a swimming pool on your house's roof. Nowadays most of our projects deal with IT, but we are not limiting ourselves within that area. We need practically all kinds of talents. To fully implement them we've created our very special corporate culture. An extremely flat organization structure, no fixed hours, possibility to launch your own project and engage necessary cordon bleus, choice of roles and paying employees and partners from majority of the company's comings — these constitute a smaller part of what is usual practice in the company.
